Products Alakh Gems deals in natural, certified gemstones, semi-precious stones, diamonds, and custom jewelry.Product descriptions, weights, sizes, and grades are provided to the best of our knowledge and based on standard industry practices.Certification from reputed gemological labs can be provided upon request (charges may apply).3. Pricing & Payment All prices are subject to market fluctuation and are quoted in INR/USD.Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, and LC (for bulk export).Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment or as per agreed terms.4. Shipping & Delivery Domestic and international shipping options are available.Shipping timeframes vary based on product availability and destination.Alakh Gems is not liable for any delay caused by courier services or customs clearance.5. Returns & Exchanges No return or exchange on customized, engraved, or altered items.For eligible returns, requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with valid proof.Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.Refunds will be processed after inspection and may exclude shipping or bank charges.6. Quality & Authenticity We ensure all stones are genuine and as described.Any claims of authenticity must be supported by a recognized gemological lab.Minor variations in color or clarity may occur due to lighting or natural characteristics.7. Custom Orders Custom jewelry and made-to-order gemstones require a minimum advance (typically 50%).Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.8. Jurisdiction All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in SURAT,INDIA.We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
